How to book with us: submit a request, receive an offer, select a date

Have you got a clear picture of what we are all about? In the Kitchen Lab at NOI, we are waiting for you and your innovative spirit – whether you want to work on a product idea, improve a product, or organise a workshop with experts. What are you waiting for?

Tell us exactly what you need. We will fine-tune our offer so that you can make the most out of the Kitchen Lab. Booking is a simple process. Here is how it works in detail:

Submit a request using our booking form, which is located at the bottom of this page.
We will process your request as soon as possible and send you a detailed quote for your custom package. The Kitchen Lab and the standard equipment and hygiene supplies are included in our Standard Package. The Full Optional Package gives you access to our full range of equipment and kitchenware. Special services such as hiring equipment, laboratory analyses or expert support can be booked separately with either package. The various modules can be combined as desired. Curious about pricing? When would you like to use our facilities? Book your preferred date for the Kitchen Lab – we will prepare everything for you and your ideas in good time!

Important note: we are happy to offer our services to clients near and far. However, we ask to send all booking requests in German or Italian only.

Do you want to get a jump start? Come by, check out the Kitchen Lab, familiarise yourself with the equipment and let us help you clear up any doubts. We would be happy to give you a tour.

Are things getting serious? Then please submit your request to book the Kitchen Lab using our booking form. We will review your application and get back to you if we have any questions.

If everything is clear on our end, we will create a custom quote for you. Here is how it works. Our Standard Package includes the Kitchen Lab, the standard equipment and hygiene supplies. The Full Optional Package gives you access to our full range of equipment and kitchenware. Special services such as hiring equipment, laboratory analyses or expert support can be booked separately with either package. The various modules can be combined as desired.

Finally, the day has come. Welcome to the Kitchen Lab! After a short introduction, you can get started. Please only use the Kitchen Lab in accordance with our agreement. You will receive a key card and a personalised user folder. Just one more question: who will be using the lab, you, or your staff? For some documents, we will need the company owner’s signature. Depending on the individual case, a separate training date might be a better option. Please discuss this with us.

Have you had a successful day in the Kitchen Lab? Before you go, please do a quick final cleaning. We will take care of the rest. In accordance with our HACCP concept, we will disinfect, maintain and service the lab and equipment.

Prices: standard Package and Full Optional Package

The usage fees for the Kitchen Lab are comprised of the modular room hire basics and the two packages Standard and Full Optional, which build on each other. The prices are tiered according to the desired equipment, type of use and hire period.

What is included in the room hire basics of the Standard Package:

An introduction to the use of the Kitchen Lab;
A tablet to access the equipment manuals;
Hygienic clothing and a user folder with tips and checklists;
The lab cleaned following HACCP guidelines.

What is also included in the room hire basics of the Full Optional Package:

Access to the full range of equipment and kitchenware;
Standard food items and materials such as salt, oil, cling film, vacuum bags, etc.

Special services such as hiring equipment, laboratory analyses, consumer tests, expert support, etc. can be combined with either the Standard Package or the Full Optional Package. You can choose what services you need, and we will work out a custom quote based on your request.

For repeat customers and NOI community members, we offer attractive rates for using the lab multiple times.
